Die untersuchten 34 Personen waren 28 \u00b1 4 Jahre alt, 22 Frauen, 12 M\u00e4nner. Die Schlafdauer und die Schlaflatenz stimmten gut mit der Polysomnographie \u00fcberein. Die Daten zum Tief- und REM-Schlaf zeigten teils deutliche Abweichungen. Tiefschlaf war zu 5-35% zu hoch ermittelt, REM-Schlaf eher untersch\u00e4tzt, bis zu 30%. Wichtig: diese Daten gelten nur f\u00fcr junge Menschen. Bei \u00e4lteren Personen sind m.E. wesentlich h\u00f6here Abweichungen der Tief- und REM-Schlafdauer zu erwarten. Von der Methodik her sollten f\u00fcr alle Altersgruppen die Schlafdauer und die Schlaflatenz gut zu ermitteln zu sein. Bitte ber\u00fccksichtigen: entscheidend ist, ob man morgens ausgeschlafen ist oder nicht- also das subjektive Empfinden.
