Alter 51,2 \u00b19,8 Jahre, Body Mass Index (BMI) &lt;30 kg\/m2, typische Schlafzeit 23:00-07:00, keine Schichtarbeit, keine anderen Schlafst\u00f6rungen, mindestens ein Jahr an diesem Wohnort. \u00dcber drei N\u00e4chte erfolgten Messungen im Schlaflabor: erste Nacht zur Gew\u00e4hnung, eine Nacht mit und eine Nacht ohne simulierte Windturbinenger\u00e4usche. In den N\u00e4chten mit Ger\u00e4uschen war die Latenz zum REM-Schlaf um 16,8 Minuten l\u00e4nger, und die Gesamt-REM-Schlaf-Dauer 11,1 Minuten k\u00fcrzer. Personen aus der N\u00e4he von Windr\u00e4dern bewerteten ihrem Schlaf subjektiv schlechter als Kontrollen.
