Bei einer Schlafdauer von im Mittel 5,5 Stunden betrug der Verlust an Fett (von den abgenommen 3 kg) 0,6 kg, bei eine Schlafdauer von 8,5 Stunden hingegen 1,4 kg. (Nedeltcheva AV et al. Ann Int Med 2010;153:435-441)<\/p>\n<p>Kommentar: die Zahl der Untersuchten ist gering, die Untersuchungsdauer ist kurz. Ob dieser Effekt auch l\u00c3\u00a4ngerfristig auftritt, ist unsicher. Ebenso ist offen, wie lange die Untersuchten normalerweise schlafen w\u00c3\u00bcrden &#8211; also letztendlich die Frage, ob sich eine Schlafverk\u00c3\u00bcrzung im Sinne einer geringeren Fettverbrennung auswirkt.
