Zu Anfang der Studie hatte keiner eine Herz-Kreislauferkrankung.<\/p>\n<p>Diejenigen mit einer Schlafdauer unter 6 Stunden hatten ein 15% h\u00c3\u00b6heres Risiko f\u00c3\u00bcr die Entwicklung einer Herzkreislauferkrankung, Kamen (subjektiv) schlechter Schlaf und kurze Schlafdauer zusammen, war das Risiko sogar 63% h\u00c3\u00b6her.<\/p>\n<p>Ausreichend langer und qualitativ guter Schlaf sind f\u00c3\u00bcr die Gesundheit wichtig. Trotzdem sollte bei der Betrachtung diese Zahlen immer bedacht werden, da\u00c3\u0178 es sich im statistische Daten aus gro\u00c3\u0178en Untersuchungskollektiven handelt. Unber\u00c3\u00bccksichtigt bleibt also die im Einzelfall unterschiedliche notwendige Schlafdauer (Kurzschl\u00c3\u00a4fer\/Langschl\u00c3\u00a4fer). M.E. wichtig ist der im Einzelfall ausreichend lang empfundene und qualitativ gute Schlaf. Hierf\u00c3\u00bcr spricht der deutliche Unterschied des Risikos f\u00c3\u00bcr Herz-Kreislauferkrankungen bei kurzem verglichen mit kurzem und schlechtem Schlaf.
