Zwanzig Personen zwischen 22 und 57 Jahren (8 Fraune, 12 M\u00c3\u00a4nner) nutzen die App, w\u00c3\u00a4hrend sie gleichzeitig im Schlaflabor gemessen wurden. Es gab keine Korrelation der Schlafaeffizienz der beiden Verfahren ((r =<br \/>\n\u00e2\u02c6\u20190.127, p = 0.592), des Leichtschlafes r = 0.024, p = 0.921), des Tiefschlafes (r = 0.181, p = 0.444) oder der Schlafeffizienz (rs = 0.384, p =<br \/>\n 0.094). Die Schlafeffizienz wurde durch die App zu hoch bewertet, der Lichtschlafanteil zu gering gesch\u00c3\u00a4tzt, und der Tiefschlafanteil zu hoch bewertet, die Schlaflatenz zu lang eingeordnet.
