Die Schlafdauer der n\u00c3\u00a4chsten 7 Tage wurde in einem Tagebuch sowie mittels Aktigraphie (Bewegungsmessung) erfasst. Diejenigen, die im Mittel weniger als 5 Stunden schliefen, hatten ein 4,5-faches Risiko f\u00c3\u00bcr einen Schnupfen, diejenigen mit einer Schlafdauer von 5-6 Stunden ein 4,24-faches Risiko, jeweils verglichen mit denen, die mindestens 7 Stunden schliefen. Bei einer Schlafdauer zwischen 6 und 7 Stunden war das Risiko 1,66-fach. <\/p>\n<p>Interessante Studie, wobei m.E. aber die Ber\u00c3\u00bccksichtigung der individuellen optimalen Schlafdauer fehlt. Es gibt ja Kurz- und Langschl\u00c3\u00a4fer.
