Der Apnoe-Hypopnoe-Index (Apnoe-Hyponoe-Index) sank im Mittel von 42,9 \u00b1 24,0 auf 20,7 \u00b1 16,8\/h (p < 0,001), eine Verbesserung von 52,7 %. 55 % der Patienten erreichten eine AHI-Reduktion > 50 %. Bei Patienten mit mittelschwerer OSA (Basis-AHI \u2264 29) waren 100 % Responder, gemessen an einem Residual-AHI < 15, bei schwerer OSA (AHI 30\u201349) 42,9 % und bei sehr schwerer OSA (AHI \u2265 50) 16,7 %.
