Daten zum Schlaf wurden per EEG-Stirnband aufgezeichnet. Sowohl der morgendliche als auch der abendliche Lauf erh\u00f6hten die Dauer des Non-REM-Schlafes \u00fcberwiegend durch mehr N2-Schlaf signifikant um 24,9 min bzw. 22,7 min; p = 0.01, \u03b72 = 0.11, respectively).
