Der Schlaf wurde mittel Aktigraphie gemessen, und auch selbst bewertet. Zwei Wochen wurde im Schlafzimmer ein Luftfilter genutzt, oder zwei Wochen nicht (Basiswerte), oder zwei Wochen ohne wirksamen Filter (Placebo).
