Die Gesamtschlafzeit wurde um 18 Minuten bzw. 49 Minuten \u00c3\u00bcbersch\u00c3\u00a4tzt (Handmarker Licht aus\/ein, Automatischer Marker Licht aus\/ein). Die Schlafeffizienz wurde knapp 4% zu hoch ermittelt. Die n\u00c3\u00a4chtlichen Wachzeiten waren um etwa 38 bzw. 43 Minuten zu gering. die Schlaflatenzen \u00c3\u00bcbereinstimmten gut.
