Die Schlafdauer wurde vom Armband 11,6 Minuten \u00c3\u00bcbersch\u00c3\u00a4tzt, die Schlafeffizienz 2% zu hoch berechnet. REM-Phasen wurden nicht korrekt erkannt. Mein Kommentar: gut geeignet zur Erfassung der Schlafdauer und der Schlafeffizienz, nicht geeignet zur Erfassung der Schlafstadien. (Cook J et al.
